A 28 year old mother has been charged with murder after the body of his daughter two years was found in a house in the inner western Sydney.
The ball, which can not be named for legal reasons, did not appear at the State Court Newtown today for a brief mention, and there was no application for bail.
The reason for the death of the girl is not officially known, and a grill postmortem will take place tomorrow.
Police were called to the house on Benham Road in Dulwich Hill about 9.30pm yesterday and found the body of the child inside.
Neighbor Connie Ferrera said she would often see children playing in front of the house of the family.
"They seem like a big family, always a lot of cars," she said.
"But there has never been a stew. It is a great, quiet street. It's so sad."
Family and friends were at home this morning.
The fuzz would not confirm a report that the child died in a bathtub.
In documents before the court today, suspected of supervising the young girl was murdered between 9.12pm (GMT) and 9.33pm (GMT) in Tempe, a suburb of more than 2 km.
