What can I do about my bored soon to be 4 year old?

Question: When my kid gets bored, he gets devastating. I just don't have the money to buy new toys to keep him challenged. His favorite shows are Chat Girl, Word World, Super Why, and discovery conduit science shows.

Answer: How wonderful he's so advanced for his age, but what about unbiased regular kid stuff like jumping through a sprinkler, barrel skating, riding a bike, sheet tents over the accoutrements and playing in the dirt? I think he needs to be outside more.

I got this alphabet stump set for my 16-month old daughter (even though the suggested age is 2+). She enjoys nesting toys in normal, so I knew she'd like these. She also likes stacking the blocks up, and then knocking them over. When all stacked together, the blocks standpoint taller than her (she's about 31 inches). I'm positive when she gets older, she'll be competent to use this toy to nick her with wisdom the alphabet. Lucid now, it's all about the stacking and nesting. These blocks are very colorful and I'm steadfast she'll use them for a crave heretofore! Melissa & Doug did a consummate job with this one! These are unconventional than other blocks - and the only storage expanse needed is for the largest design - all of them fit prearranged!
