New year, new programs at RB Library
REDBANK— The tabulation of special and regularly scheduled programs offered in the Adult and Children’s Departments of the Red Bank Customers Library will continue to grow in 2012.
Starting at 1 p.m. on Jan. 6, the library will proffer a free weekly one-hour Friday yoga class for adults. Amy Richardson, a graduate of the Organize for Therapeutic Massage and an experienced yoga instructor, will teach the type, appropriate to all levels of yoga experience. Bring your own yoga mat. No registration is required.
The Red Bank Harry Library’s Acoustic Saturdays music series continues its third spice 2-4 p.m. Jan. 28 with a performance by the band Kagero featuring its loyal brand of Japanese Gypsy Rock. Kagero’s useful is a melting pot of tonalities and rhythms from Asia, the Middle East, South America, and Eastern Europe.
