The University of Columbia, in a never-ending quest for greater campus had a dream outpost in case of power at 455 Key West Car Park - 53 apartments in a fairy turret 26 has joined the Renaissance castle French-West 106th Road.
So this was something of a surprise when one of the grounds at New York University bought a condominium heavy-set in the complex. The entity, which relate to $ 5.2 million, is built in one of the great turrets of the castle .... The duplex apartment has a lounge and dining table with vibrant 37-feet ceilings and expensive essential Greensward views, with three more regular-bedroom ....
Columbia paid $ 45.4 million for the 53 apartments in 2004, an ordinary of about $ 860,000 per serving, a move that saved the maturity-time fighting.
