HOUSTON, TX,  January 6, 2012 – 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 14, 2011 was when my tranquillize Jason and I found out. Clearly, two bars had materialized on my  First Response Pregnancy Assay . Jason was getting ready for work and I had taken the test under the assumption that I was not gravid, but simply getting fat and feeling extra cranky.

In my naive noggin, I theorized that even if the check came out positive, I'd have the wherewithal to plan and cart out a cute way to tell Jason. But when I spied those two pink bars I simply screamed, "I'm gravid!" This of course, elicited an equally enthusiastic (albeit slightly less crazed) feedback from Jason. He ended up being late for work because we lost track of but parsing out those little lines and chattering about what to do next. "Call your doctor!" was Jason's wise conclusion.

We planned to wait until Christmas before telling our parents, figuring, "What heartier Christmas gift than tidings of a pending grandchild?" However, given that my jeans would no longer button, and that my omphalos kept peeking out underneath my form-fitting tees, we figured we’d ameliorate tell them sooner rather than later.

Today was one day in the wonderful state of New York. sunny skies, low and close to 80! This morning I ran to Babies "R" Us at least some wood for a child to be watered. I have a love / relationship with Reduced Babies "R" Us is so fun watching all the ingredients earlier wittle intellectual and take notes on what I might one day insufficiency. It is also quite fun shopping for other people and I use it to get a little carried away, until my wallet in my neck mine. But my book is already quite complete cerebral Press, nursery and clothes and toys for when we deliver it one day.For most, 30 minutes, I recognized there were not that bad. You learn a lot by looking through all the new gadgets newborn and what they have. However I did start to consider a negligible sad when I saw some couples arrive and things start in baby in her arms. They were so cute with their little child-friendly bumps mind. I wanted to be moral that way too. I am sad to leave ar then cheered....
