The South Slide Humane Society (SCHS) has begun its annual fundraising spring this week, calling on local businesses and residents to help treat or find homes for discounts, unexpected and abandoned animals.
"Paws on Parade is one of our biggest fundraisers," SCHS Principal Audrey Morris. "Last year we raised over $ 6000 decent."
The Humane Society offers businesses a station to be featured on refuge Azalea Festival T-shirts Parade, designed by the artist village Destiny Schwartz.Three levels of sponsorship are offered: choice of the brood for donations of $ 25 to $ 99, Blue Ribbon winners of $ 100 to $ 199 and unparalleled event for donations of $ 200 or more.
