Answer: As you get closer to due woman it will leak more, and after delivery even more. In a few weeks you WILL need breast pads. Im 22 weeks, and they started leaking a few days ago. I have to get into breast pads when I sleep (i lay on belly) to stop breasts from leaking through shirt.
