BRIDGETON > Ball is killed in collision • Teneacha D. White, 33, was killed in a be in-on crash with an Allied Waste trash truck about 6:50 a.m. Thursday, the heat said. It happened just outside the company's headquarters, nigh St. Charles Rock Road and Taussig Avenue. The name of the truck driver was unavailable. Sgt. Al Nothum of the Missouri Highway Watch over said a vehicle driven by White, of St. Louis, crossed the centerline and collided with the merchandise.

LOUIS COUNTY > Two are wounded in carjacking • Two men returning a movie to a rental clique were wounded by gunfire in a carjacking about 12:45 a.m. Thursday outside the Walgreens store at 2202 Chambers Way, near Halls Ferry Road, officials said. St. Louis County enforce said the victims, 29 and 33, were confronted by two men flourishing a piece, which led to a dispute and physical confrontation. Each was shot in one leg; their injuries were not believed to be soul-threatening. The robbers took a silver 2010 Chevy Cobalt.
